The name is the promise
ครบ krob
Thai for complete — all-in-one
จบ job
Thai for done — finished, settled
ครบ จบ ในที่เดียว — “everything, done, in one place” — a phrase Thai shop owners
already say.
Read it in English and it says “job done.”
The checkmark in the logo is the จบ — ✓ done.
Four bills, four logins — and still no compliance
เราเชื่อว่าร้านเล็กก็สมควรได้เครื่องมือระดับยูนิคอร์น — small shops deserve unicorn-grade tools
A Thai restaurant today stitches together a website, a POS, an accounting tool, and a
payment app — four bills, four logins, four things that don’t talk to each other.
We think that’s broken.
Cross ฿1.8M/yr in revenue and the law adds VAT tax invoices (ใบกำกับภาษี) and a
monthly ภ.พ.30 filing on top — Thailand counts about 3.2 million small businesses
(OSMEP MSME figures) facing some slice of this.
Sell through delivery apps and up to ~30% of every order leaves the till on standard
contracts — and the app owns your customer relationship, not you.
Told straight: since foodpanda exited Thailand in 2025 the market is a
Grab / LINE MAN duopoly, and incumbents currently discount to 9–10% under a temporary
government co-pay scheme. KrobJob’s position is coexist, don’t fight — the apps sell
reach to new customers; KrobJob gives you a 0%-commission channel for the customers you
already have.
One bill. Not four.
Krobjob replaces your website, POS, accounting app, and payment app — in one
subscription. No commission on your sales.
A branded page with a printable QR — delivery and pickup ordered direct from you.
🧾 POS + Thai tax, built in
Dine-in and takeaway till with VAT-ready receipts, ภ.พ.30 and withholding-tax preparation.
🤝 Your customers stay yours
“Orders and customer details belong entirely to you. There is no middleman sitting between you and your guests.”
Scan, order, cook, settle, reconcile — one system
The entire operating loop of a small Thai restaurant runs in one codebase.
SCAN
QR on the table
Customer scans the printed code and sees a branded, bilingual menu.
→
ORDER
Straight to the kitchen
The order becomes a kitchen-display ticket with an urgency timer.
→
SETTLE
Thai-VAT receipt
The till settles it with a VAT line — 7%, VAT-inclusive, down to the satang.
→
RECONCILE
Count the drawer
At shift close the cashier counts cash against the system’s expected figure — variance recorded.
Refunds need a manager PIN. A kitchen-display failure can never block an order.
Design decisions like these are written into the code.
Live in a day — really
A 7-step bilingual quickstart wizard (ไทย · English side by side) takes a restaurant
from nothing to a published, branded site with its own link and printable QR code.
The AI menu scanner turns a photo of a paper menu into a structured bilingual menu —
Thai dish names translated, baht prices parsed — with automatic escalation to a stronger
model on hard pages.
Menu items entered once become both the public menu and the POS catalog.
“Most restaurants are live the same day they sign up” — the platform’s own public promise.
Precisely what each tier does: the free branded page is a menu +
brand + QR site; full online ordering with cart and checkout is a storefront feature enabled
per site. A working demo shop with a real Thai menu is live at
krobjob.com/shop.
The money lands in the merchant’s bank. Not ours.
PromptPay, direct: checkout renders an amount-locked Thai QR that pays straight into
the restaurant’s own bank account. No gateway account, no platform custody, no per-order cut.
Cards when you want them: Omise for Thai cards and Stripe (bring your own account —
including Tap-to-Pay in the POS). Merchant API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Thai tax by default: 7% VAT-inclusive pricing flows through checkout, receipts, and
the accounting journal layer. Timezone: Asia/Bangkok. Currency math in satang.

Run the whole floor
🧾 A real till
Shift open/close with cash reconciliation, open tabs that append rounds, gift cards, vouchers, stamp-card loyalty, printable receipts.
👨🍳 Kitchen display
Live ticket stream with elapsed-time urgency colors, one-click ticket printing, mark-as-done.
📅 Bookings & tables
Reservations with floor plan, table management, waitlist, and guest profiles.
🗓️ Google Calendar sync
Bookings push to the restaurant’s calendar — best-effort by design, so a Google outage never fails a booking.
💬 LINE + SMS
LINE Official Account messaging (built; enabled per merchant site when a channel token is configured) and SMS with Thai number handling — STOP always honored.
Beyond the restaurant basics: procurement (supplier ordering), staff hours and
payslips, an events calendar with artist booking and artist payments, and a
guest CRM with catchment analytics.
Bilingual by construction: every admin label carries English and Thai; the Thai
dictionary is typed against the English one, so a missing translation fails the build.
Velocity, with receipts: the dated version log shows the platform going from empty
scaffold to deployed v0.7 production build in about ten days — including POS, PromptPay,
and the AI menu scanner.
Built and tested against real Udon Thani restaurant menus — the launch city is loaded
and ready.
What we don’t claim: no merchant counts, no revenue, no usage numbers —
none exist yet, and this page doesn’t invent them.

Pre-revenue by design: KrobJob charges nothing today. Paid subscription
tiers will be announced before general availability, and founding members lock in the lowest
rate. Monetization rails — an append-only credit ledger — are already built into the platform,
not switched on.

SCORE
Grade 0–10
Every business rated on web presence, contactability, category, and review volume.
A closed lead converts directly into a merchant account — the pipeline’s exit is the product’s entrance.
Restraint, built into the code: automated sends are hard-capped at
three messages, at least three days apart, and “STOP” (or หยุด) writes a permanent opt-out
that every automated channel checks before sending. Figures measured from source data
July 2026. And the outreach copy quotes the same “~30%” commission figure as this page —
corrected numbers, all the way down.
What’s next — and what it’s labeled
We label prototypes as prototypes. Every number on this page was re-checked
against primary sources — the codebase, the source data, and the underlying law — in an
adversarial review before publication.

Delivery-app channels (Grab, LINE MAN)
Schema and adapter seam built; the Grab adapter deliberately refuses to run until partner certification.
Subscription billing
Append-only credit ledger live in code; nothing charges customers yet — tiers announced before GA.
AI marketing engine
In development, credit-gated, human QA approval gate; video generation not a live feature.
Thai accounting connector (PEAK)
VAT + journal layer built; connector in progress.
Delivery dispatch
Non-custodial prototype — it cannot hold, route, or escrow funds.
KrobJob × the Grid
Today (cloud): krobjob.com signs merchants and takes their orders over the internet.
Parallel R&D track: the Sovereign Airwaves LoRa mesh is built so the same
merchants keep selling when connectivity fails — offline POS, PromptPay QR still on the
counter, dispatch over 920–925 MHz.
Shared spine: one merchant identity, one venue database, one Thai-compliance stack.
Every KrobJob merchant is a future Grid node; every Grid deployment is a KrobJob
distribution channel.
